Halloween Hot Chocolate

  1. Cook chocolate and water in medium saucepan on low heat 5 min.
  2. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
  3. Add sugar; mix well.
  4. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  5. Cook 3 min., stirring constantly.
  6. Gradually add milk, stirring until blended.
  7. Stir in vanilla.
  8. Reduce heat to medium.
  9. Cook 5 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Cut marshmallows crosswise in half.
  12. Squeeze small amount of icing (about 1/8 tsp.)
  13. onto uncut side of each marshmallow half; top with candies to resemble eyeballs.
  14. Float two "eyeballs" on top of each cup of hot chocolate.
