Minted Lemon-Ginger Dip
- 1 pouch KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1 qt. plain low-fat yogurt
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup crystallized ginger, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/3 cup lemon zest, grated Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Beat ingredients with wire whisk until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Spoon 2 Tbsp.

- Serve with sliced apples or pears; seedless grapes; or toasted pound cake or angel food cake cubes for dipping.
