Hearty Coleslaw
- 2 1/2 pounds green cabbage, finely shredded (about 10 cups)
- 2 large carrots, finely shredded
- 1 1/2 cups reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Mix cabbage and carrots in bowl.
- Whisk remaining ingredients in another bowl.
- Fold into cabbage mixture.
- Chill at least 3 hours.
