Custard Cream Made with Pancake Mix

• 1 Egg
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Pancake mix (or cake flour)
• 150 ml Milk
• 1 Cream Puff Shells

1. Add the eggs, sugar, and pancake mix to a heat-resistant bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Add the milk and strain through a tea strainer.
4. Microwave for 2 minutes, then mix.
5. Microwave for another minute then mix again.
6. If it doesn't stiffen, microwave again for 1 more minute and mix.
7. I made a blueberry tart with this.
8. And pipped it into cream puffs.
