Well-Filled Guacamole

  1. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp and place it in a bowl.
  3. Remove the husks from the tomatillos.
  4. Rinse the tomatillos; chop them fine.
  5. Add to the avocado, along with the lime juice and salt.
  6. Mash with a fork until the avocado is mostly smooth with a few lumps here and there.
  7. Use right away or store as described in Chopped Avocado.
