SHAKE 'N BAKE Pork Chops and Peaches

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
  3. Moisten chops with syrup.
  4. Add ginger to coating mix in shaker bag.
  5. Coat chops with coating mixture as directed on package.
  6. Place chops in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  7. Discard any remaining coating mixture.
  8. Bake 15 minutes.
  9. Add peaches to pan.
  10. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
