Pork and Cabbage With Crispy Onion Sauce
- 240 grams Pork
- 3 Cabbage leaves
- 70 ml Ponzu
- 1/4 Finely chopped onion
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- This is really all the ingredients you need!
- The recipe takes 15 minutes from beginning to end.

- Finely chop the onion.
- Combine the chopped onion with 70 ml of ponzu sauce.
- As it marinates in the ponzu sauce, the harshness of the onion will dissipate.
- Cut the cabbage up roughly into about 3 cm square pieces.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- Add the cabbage and stir fry quickly.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Add more oil to the pan and cook the pork.
- Season with a little salt and pepper.
- Spread the pork out and be sure to cook both sides.
- It's best if it's a bit browned.
- Transfer the pork pieces to the dish with cabbage as it cooks.
- Pour the onion-ponzu sauce over all!
- It's amazingly tasty!
- Mix the cabbage, pork and onion sauce together and enjoy.
