Strawberry Margarita Freeze
- 1 12 cups pretzels, crushed
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 13 cups orange juice
- 1 cup strawberry, crushed
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- strawberry (to garnish)
- Mix pretzels and melted butter and press firmly onto bottom of a 9" springform pan or 9" round cake pan.
- (Kraft suggests lining the bottom of the pan with plastic wrap before using for easy removal of the dessert, but I didn't bother.
- ).
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Gradually add orange juice, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in crushed strawberries.
- Add whipped topping and stir with wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour over crust.
- Freeze 3 hours or so until firm.
- Let stand in refrigerator 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
- Garnish with halved strawberries just before serving.
