Ginger Lemon Cheese Pie

  1. Mix together crust mixture until combined.
  2. Press 3/4 of mixture into 8x8 square pan.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Mix together cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
  5. Add the remaining milk and pudding mix until well combined.
  6. Pour into crust mixture.
  7. Top with remaining ginger snap mixture.
  8. Chill 3 hours and serve.
