Mexican pie
- 1 1 tube of ground turkey
- 1 can of Rotel
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 1 can of black beans rinsed
- 1 can of kernel corn
- 1 bag of Mexican shredded cheese
- 2 frozen pie crust
- Cook ground turkey fully
- Rinse black beans
- Stir all ingredients together and let simmer
- Put a layer of shredded cheese at the bottom of pie crust and add ingredients
- Let bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust has brown cheese has melted
- Let set and serve !
