Green Salad With French Vinaigrette Recipe

• 12 tbsp. or possibly 3/4 c. olive or possibly vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tbsp. wine vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper

1. Romaine, Escarole, or possibly leaf lettuce for 8.
2. Blend oil and vinegar, salt and pepper in a covered jar.
3. Pour over greens.
