Spicy Fresh Chicken Salad

  1. Shred the chicken breast and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped green peppers.
  3. You can also add chopped onions, celery, grapes, walnuts or anything else you happen to have on hand.
  4. In a seperate bowl, gently crush the chili peppers (but not to much because you will want to remove them later).
  5. Mix with the mayo and spices.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Remove the chili peppers.
  8. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy as a sandwhich, over crackers, or sliced tomato.
