Quinoa Chicken Salad

  1. Cook quinoa in large saucepan filled with boiling salted water 10 to 12 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Let stand 10 min.
  4. Transfer to large bowl.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Or, cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
