Chofan dominicano
- 4 tbsp of oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp cajun
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 celery stock diced
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 1 cup of green peas (optional)
- 4 cup cooked rice
- 1 cupof chives finely diced
- 1 lb chopped smoked pork
- Heat oil in deep pan
- Fry meat until fully cooked (I like mine crunchy )
- Add celery cook for 30 seconds
- Add onions and peppers cook for 30 seconds
- Add carrots cook for 30 seconds
- Add peas cook for 30 seconds
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce
- Garnish with chives
