Berry Fillings For Pierogies Recipe

  1. Wash berries; drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, sprinkle berries with sugar.
  3. Mix lightly.
  4. Fill pierogi shells and process immediately, before juice is drawn out of fruit.
  5. Makes about 4 c. or possibly sufficient to fill 40to 45 pierogies.
