Curry Mayonnaise Salad with Raisins and Asian Sweet Potatoes

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and wrap with plastic wrap.
  2. Microwave until soft and cut into 1 cm cubes.
  3. Roast the walnuts in the toaster oven and roughly chop.
  4. Cut the ham into 1 cm squares.
  5. Peel the hard part of skin off the asparagus and cut into 1 cm pieces before boiling.
  6. Combine the marked ingredients thoroughly.
  7. Combine the raisins with the ingredients in Step 1.
  8. Coat with the sauce in step 2 and serve on a plate.
  9. It's also nice to serve with bread slices, tortillas, or crackers.
