Drop Snickerdoodles Recipe
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- Stir together flour and baking pwdr; set aside.
- Heat butter and add in 1 1/2 c. sugar and the Large eggs till smooth.
- Stir in flour mix till smooth.
- Cover tight and chill at least 1 hour or possibly up to 3 days before baking.
- Drop rounded tsp.
- of dough into 1/4 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp.
- cinnamon mix.
- Place 2" apart onto non-stick cookie sheets.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 8 to 12 min or possibly till slightly hard.
- Cold on sheet 1 minute.
- Let cold completely on wire racks.
- Makes 84 cookies.
