Buffalo Garlic Tofu
- 14 ounces extra firm tofu, pressed, drained (cut into bite-size cubes,1 package)
- buffalo wing sauce (I like Franks)
- 14 cup butter (you can adjust this as you like, I like them buttery)
- 5 -6 several garlic cloves, peeled, lightly bruised (I typically use about 5-6)
- Melt the butter in the pan over medium low heat, and add the garlic cloves.
- and stir for about 1 minute or so.
- Add the wing sauce (I typically use about 1/2 a bottle, but vary it to your tastes) and stir for another minute or two.
- Stir in the tofu cubes, and stir until tofu is coated.
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
