Triple Ginger Bars
- 1 package betty crocker supermoist white cake mix
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup chopped crystallized ginger
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons decorating sugar crystals
- Spray the bottom only of a 13x9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, stir the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs until well blended.
- Add in the next 3 ingredients; stir to combine.
- Press dough into the pan with greased fingers.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 18-23 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into bars.
