Easy Lemon Bars Recipe

  1. With a spoon, mix together dry cake mix and pie filling.
  2. Don't USE ELECTRIC MIXER.
  3. Pour into ungreased jelly roll pan 10 x 15 inches.
  4. Bake 20 to 25 min in a 350 degree oven till golden around the edges.
  5. When cold, frost with powdered sugar icing flavored with Real Lemon to taste or possibly sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of the bars.
