Veggie Fajitas

  1. In a large frying pan or pot over a medium heat, saute olive oil and garlic.
  2. Let the garlic saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in the green and yellow bell peppers.
  4. Let the peppers saute for 2 minutes, stir in the onions.
  5. After two minutes add the mushrooms and green onions to the frying pan.
  6. Season the vegetables with Mrs.
  7. Dash and tabasco to taste and stir well.
  8. Cover the frying pan/ pot and cook until all of the vegetables are tender.
