Bruschetta Minute Steaks

  1. Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  2. Combine tomatoes, peppers and dressing.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add steaks; cook 1 min.
  5. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  6. Top with tomato mixture, stuffing and cheese; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until cheese is melted and steak done.
