Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cereal Treats

• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter, divided
• 8 cups cocoa sweetened rice cereal
• 2 pkg. (4-oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
2. or until melted.
3. Add marshmallows; toss to coat.
4. Microwave 1-1/2 min.
5. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
6. Stir in 1/2 cup of the peanut butter.
7. Add cereal; mix well.
8. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
9. Microwave chocolate and remaining peanut butter in microwaveable bowl 1 to 1-1/2 min.
10. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 30 sec.
11. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
12. Spread over cereal mixture in pan.
13. Refrigerate 10 min.
14. or until chocolate is firm.
