Simple Thai-Peanut Pork

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 4 min.
  3. Turn chops.
  4. Add vegetables; cover.
  5. Cook 4 to 5 min.
  6. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  7. Transfer chops to plate; cover to keep warm.
  8. Add steak sauce and peanut butter to vegetables in skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
  9. or until vegetable mixture is heated through and vegetables are evenly coated with sauce.
  10. Spoon over chops.
