Stove Beef Stew

• 2 lbs stew meat or 2 -3 cheap steaks, chopped into small pieces
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet onion soup
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup water
• any other vegetables (optional)

1. Mix all ingredients into large baking dish or baking pan.
2. Cover tightly with foil.
3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
4. If you want more gravy add more water.
5. Thats it!
