Grecian Rice

  1. Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Add rice; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Stir in broth and water.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
  8. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  9. Add cheese, oregano and pepper; mix lightly.
