Brisket Beer Mop Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan over low heat.
  2. Cook till thoroughly dissolved.
  3. Mop over brisket ever hour till brisket is cooked.
  4. Brisket will take 1 to 1 1/4 hrs per lb.
  5. in a smoker at about 200 to 220 degrees.
