Cherry-Champagne Glaze for Holiday Ham

• 15 ounces cherry pie filling
• 12 cup champagne
• 12 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
• 13 cup pineapple preserves
• 14 cup honey
• 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
• 14 teaspoon ground ginger
• 14 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 1 pinch ground cloves

1. Mix together all ingredients and cook over the stove on low heat for 15 minutes.
