Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Beat oil and honey together.
  2. Add in Large eggs, mix well.
  3. Stir in bananas.
  4. Add in sifted dry ingredients alternately with warm water.
  5. Mix till smooth.
  6. Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 min.
  7. Cold on wire rack for 1/2 hour before slicing.
  8. Freezes well.
