Potatoes in Sour Cream

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water
  2. When soft, peel and slice into a 2 quart baking dish
  3. Melt butter in a skillet; add onions and brown slightly
  4. Add onions, bread crumbs, and cheese to potatoes
  5. Beat eggs and stir into sour cream then add salt and pepper
  6. Pour over potatoes
  7. Bake at 350F for 15 20 minutes, until will heated and slightly brown
