Sidecar

• 2 ounces Cognac
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice
• 3/4 ounce orange Curacao
• Lemon twist, for garnish

1. Shake all liquid ingredients with ice.
2. Rim half a chilled coupe glass with sugar.
3. Strain drink into glass.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
