JELL-O Magic Snowballs
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Jelly Powder, any flavour
- boiling water
- 2 cups ice cream, divided
- Place dry jelly powder in measuring cup.
- Add enough boiling water to measure 1 cup (250 mL).
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- or until mixture is lukewarm.
- Place 1/2 cup scoop of ice cream into each of 4 dessert dishes; pour jelly over top.
- Serve immediately.
