JELL-O Magic Snowballs

  1. Place dry jelly powder in measuring cup.
  2. Add enough boiling water to measure 1 cup (250 mL).
  3. Stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. or until mixture is lukewarm.
  6. Place 1/2 cup scoop of ice cream into each of 4 dessert dishes; pour jelly over top.
  7. Serve immediately.
