Shrimp-Cargot

  1. For 2 servings: Place 6 shrimp in single layer in ovenproof crock.
  2. Broil 3 min.
  3. or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.
  4. Meanwhile, microwave 2 oz.
  5. (60 g) cream cheese, 1/4 cup (50 mL) half-and-half and 1 Tbsp.
  6. (15 mL) garlic in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  7. or until hot and bubbly, stirring as needed.
  8. Stir in 1 Tbsp.
  9. (15 mL) parsley.
  10. Pour over shrimp; toss to evenly coat.
  11. Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) bread crumbs; broil until golden brown.
