Crispy Curry Fish with Cashew-Mango Slaw

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix coating mix and 1 tsp.
  3. curry powder in shaker bag.
  4. Add fish, 1 piece at a time; shake to evenly coat.
  5. Place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 20 min.
  7. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and remaining curry powder in large bowl until blended.
  9. Add coleslaw blend, mangos and nuts; mix lightly.
  10. Serve fish with coleslaw and rice.
