Easy Midnight Chocolate Truffles
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- suggested coatings: powdered sugar, finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, unsweetened cocoa
- Microwave chocolates, cream and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min., stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Shape teaspoonfuls of the chocolate mixture into 36 balls; roll in 1 cup of the desired coatings until evenly coated.
- Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
