Sweet Potato Snacks Healthy Oyaki

  1. Boil or microwave the sweet potato to mash.
  2. Mix in the katakuriko and add a little water a bit at a time to your desired stiffness (I used 150 ml).
  3. Form into shapes with dampened hands, and cook both sides in a frying pan with oil.
  4. Boil the ingredients and use the katakuriko slurry to thicken.
  5. Once they've finished cooking, they're done!
