TEX-MEX Wraps
- 1 each: onion and green pepper, cut in strips
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese, divided
- 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
- shredded lettuce and tomato wedges
- COOK and stir onions, peppers and mushrooms in a large greased frypan for 2 to 3 min.
- Stir in salsa and 1-1/2 cups cheese, until melted.
- SPOON onto centre of each tortilla; top with lettuce and tomato.
- FOLD up bottom and overlap the sides; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
