TEX-MEX Wraps

  1. COOK and stir onions, peppers and mushrooms in a large greased frypan for 2 to 3 min.
  2. Stir in salsa and 1-1/2 cups cheese, until melted.
  3. SPOON onto centre of each tortilla; top with lettuce and tomato.
  4. FOLD up bottom and overlap the sides; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
