Cheese cake
- 2 1/2 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 pie crust
- Have your pie pan ready with a pie crust of your choice and preheat your oven at 350.
- In a mixing bowl Mix together the cream cheese and the sugar till very creamy and fluffy.
- Once the cream cheese is well mixed add the vanilla and the yogurt and the milk.
- Mix everything till well combine ..(you will end up with a very creamy and fluffy mixture.

- Pour your mixture in your already prepared pie pan .
- And put it in the oven .
- Cook for about 20 min.
- on 350 and then lower the hit to 325...continue coking for al list 25 min.

- Check if the cheese cake if it has raised a little bit it's ok and if it looks a little bit wagaly that's normal.
- But if it is to liquidity it may need a little bit more time ..(If the crust starts to get to dark cover it with foil paper )
- Take it out of the oven and Let it cool off.
- (Also you can leave it in the oven turned off with the oven door half open to cool ) Once it's cool put it on the refrigerator for at list 2 hours ..you can also top it with caramel and picans or berries any pinging you like...^_^
