Cheese cake

  1. Have your pie pan ready with a pie crust of your choice and preheat your oven at 350.
  2. In a mixing bowl Mix together the cream cheese and the sugar till very creamy and fluffy.
  3. Once the cream cheese is well mixed add the vanilla and the yogurt and the milk.
  4. Mix everything till well combine ..(you will end up with a very creamy and fluffy mixture.

  6. Pour your mixture in your already prepared pie pan .
  7. And put it in the oven .
  8. Cook for about 20 min.
  9. on 350 and then lower the hit to 325...continue coking for al list 25 min.
  10. more.
  11. Check if the cheese cake if it has raised a little bit it's ok and if it looks a little bit wagaly that's normal.
  12. But if it is to liquidity it may need a little bit more time ..(If the crust starts to get to dark cover it with foil paper )
  13. Take it out of the oven and Let it cool off.
  14. (Also you can leave it in the oven turned off with the oven door half open to cool ) Once it's cool put it on the refrigerator for at list 2 hours ..you can also top it with caramel and picans or berries any pinging you like...^_^
