Ham and egg cups
- 12 Eggs
- 12 Round slices of deli ham
- 1/2 cup Your favorite cheese
- 1/2 cup Diced scallions
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400, spray muffin tin with cooking spray
- Lay a slice of ham in each hole creating a ham cup
- Crack one egg into each cup and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake for 12min until white is firm but yolk runny
- Top with cheese and scallions and serve
