Shredded B B Q Beef Sandwiches Recipe

  1. Put meat in roaster or possibly crock pot.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  3. Bake covered at 325 degrees (if in roaster) for 4 to 5 hrs or possibly at low temperature for 8 to 10 hrs, if in crock pot.
  4. Remove fat and bone.
  5. Shred meat by pulling apart with forks.
  6. Serve on buns.
  7. Yield: 10 servings.
