Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie Recipe

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the chocolate over the crust; spread into an even layer on the bottom.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute.
  4. Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla and beat until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip the cream to medium-stiff peaks.
  6. Fold 1/3 of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the mixture.
  7. Scrape into the pie shell.
  8. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours or overnight.
  9. Using a vegetable peeler, make chocolate shavings over the top of the pie.
