Salmon Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Combine salmon and breadcrumbs in mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in mayonnaise or Miracle Whip and onion.
  4. Add bell pepper, celery, and egg.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Shape into loaf and place in loaf pan or shallow baking dish.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes.
  9. Slice and garnish with sour cream or tartar sauce.
