Japanese Asparagus Dengaku

  1. Preheat broiler to high, and arrange asparagus on rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Whisk together miso, lemon juice, tahini, and maple syrup in small bowl.
  3. Spoon or brush miso mixture over asparagus.
  4. Broil asparagus 5 to 6 minutes, or until tender and speckled brown.
