My Passover Rolls

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 3 muffin tins.
  2. Boil water, oil, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add matzah meal.
  4. Stir to combine until dough starts to form a ball.
  5. Let cool a few minutes.
  6. Add beaten eggs stirring continually until smooth and combined.
  7. Drop by heaping tablespoon fulls into greased muffin tins.
  8. Bake approximately 30 minutes.
