Spiced Walnut & Serafina Cheese Spread Sandie

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Toast walnuts in oven until slightly browned (approximately 15 minutes).
  3. While hot, toss walnuts with olive oil and spices; allow to cool.
  4. Spread English muffin or artisan bread with cheese.
  5. Gently press blueberries and spiced walnuts into the spread.
  6. Top with watercress.
  7. Serve open-faced.
