Bacon Dip
- 12 lb bacon, cooked until crisp then finely chopped
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 3 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 23 cup ranch dressing
- Stir together all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer to serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- You can garnish with additional crumbled bacon and sliced scallions.
- Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
