Beet Dip
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature (not lite)
- 14 white sugar
- 12-34 cup Miracle Whip or 12-34 cup mayonnaise
- 34 cup cooked beets, pureed in a food processor
- 14 cup diced onions or 1 bunch green onion
- In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar and Miracle Whip or mayo until fluffy.
- Adjust Miracle Whip as needed.
- Add pureed beets and diced onion and mix well.
- Refrigerate until serving, to let the flavors blend.
