Grilled Chicken & Romaine Caesar Salad

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush lettuce evenly with half the oil, then brush chicken with remaining oil.
  3. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  4. on each side or until done (165F).
  5. Transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 min.
  6. Meanwhile, place lettuce, cut sides down, on grill grate.
  7. Grill 3 to 4 min.
  8. or until lightly grill-marked on both sides, turning after 2 min.
  9. Slice chicken; place on platter.
  10. Add lettuce and all remaining ingredients except cheese and dressing.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese; drizzle with dressing.
