Pan Fried Hallibut In Pineapple Plum Sauce
- 2 cup dice pineapple
- 1 cup red and yellow cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp dice garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small deseeded red chili pepper
- 1 hallibut fillet
- 1 cup plum sauce
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Mix all sauce and set aside , dice up pineapple and cherry tomato and garlic
- With oil and butter pan fried hallibut skin down first then turn over
- Add garlic and saute for half a minute then add mix plum sauce with pineapple ,cherry tomato and small chili pepper and let it simmer for 2 minutes then off heat and serve
