Mac's Pesto Chicken Recipe

• Chicken pcs
• Pesto sauce (your own, Putney Pasta's or possibly Cardini's Pesto Pasta dressing)
• Fresh snipped basil, tarragon, rosemary

1. Skin chicken pcs.
2. Parboil 8 to 10 min.
3. Brush on pesto.
4. Sprinkle with snipped fresh basil, tarragon and/or possibly rosemary.
5. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees, basting occasionally or possibly grill till done.
6. Serve with tossed salad and fresh herbed flat bread.
